Setup Phase:

  2. Brainstorm some things you could do in this session.
  3. Choose 1 or 2 things to focus on today.
  4. If it helps, share your plans in chat. Totally optional.

Remember:

  • You don’t have to finish these today. Let’s just start for now.
  • Don’t force yourself. Do what you can. 
  • Finished your setup? Feel free to start.

Focus Block:

  1. Pick one of your tasks.
  2. Think of one small first step that feels doable, like “just” opening your inbox or setting up your workout gear.
  3. Take that small step to get motivation. Don’t worry about doing the whole task right now.
  4. Rinse and repeat

Tips:

  • Ease in, don’t start with the hardest part.
  • Use your environment: play focusing music, open a window, grab a drink or change workspaces. 

Break Time:

Relax, move around or share something!

Wrap-Up:

  1. Make any finishing touches to wrap up.
  2. Take some quick notes for next time: What did you do? Where did you stop? What ideas came to your mind? Write it down so you can safely let go for today.
  3. Share your progress if you feel like it.
  4. Celebrate! 🎉
