Frequently asked questions:
Do I need a diagnosis to start coaching?
Nope! Not everyone has access to formal assessment. If ADHD resonates with your experience, you're in the right place.
What if I fall behind, lose motivation, or forget my homework?
That's totally normal! We all have our ups and downs, and in coaching, we use them as data.
This helps us find out what works for you and what doesn't. So we experiment, adjust, and build systems that actually fit your lifestyle!
What if I’m not making progress fast enough?
Progress looks different for everyone. In the first few weeks, the work is often 80% internal shifts (mindset) and 20% action. Once those lessons click and you truly understand how your brain works, progress naturally speeds up.
Also, we go at your capacity. Sometimes life gets demanding, and we have to slow down. There's no need for you to burn out.
What does a typical session look like?
However you need it to look that day! But generally:
We meet on Zoom, check in, talk through whatever is on your mind, and figure out the next steps. I take notes and send you a summary after.
Using your camera is helpful but optional.
When can we meet?
I usually coach on weekday afternoons (European time).
If that doesn’t fit your schedule, book your free call and we’ll discuss a time that works for us both!
Do I need to prepare anything before we meet?
Just bring whatever is on your mind. You don't need to have homework, specific questions, or any preparation.
We’ll get clarity and figure out the next steps together.
How long do people usually stay in coaching?
Most people need at least 2–3 months to start seeing results. For a deeper transformation, 5–6 months is a great goal.
You can start with a shorter commitment and we can adjust as you go.
What if I need to pause or stop coaching?
Life happens, so if you need to pause, we can put your remaining sessions on hold for up to 6 months.
If you decide to stop coaching within the first 14 days, you’ll receive a full refund (minus any sessions we’ve already had). Beyond that window, a refund is only possible in exceptional circumstances.
