- Cookie Data:
- Collected and used as outlined in the cookie policy.
3. Payment & Order Processing
To provide a secure and reliable checkout experience, we use the following specialized third-party services:
- SureCart: Our sales management platform.
- They host and manage your order data, digital product delivery, and customer account details. They do not process your payments or see any of your payment information.
- Stripe: Our payment processor.
- They process all transactions through their secure, encrypted servers. Using a fully dedicated, widely-known service like this ensures the highest standards of security are met and helps prevent fraudulent purchases.
- ADHD University does not see, collect, or store any of your payment information.
4. Email Delivery & Notifications
To send informational or marketing newsletters and provide you with regular coaching updates, we use the following third-party service:
- MailerLite: Our email delivery platform.

5. Coaching & Communication Tools
To provide high-quality coaching services, we use specialized third-party tools. Your use of these is completely voluntary, and whenever possible, alternatives can be used at your request.
- Zoom: Our meeting platform for body doubling and coaching sessions.
- The audio and video data are processed in real-time to facilitate the sessions.
- If you choose to request session recordings, those will be stored securely on the Zoom servers and linked to you personally in your own dashboard or email inbox.
- If you choose to use Zoom AI Companion for meeting summaries, notes, reminders, or to ask questions, this is strictly opt-in. You will be asked if you want to make use of this service at the start of your coaching journey. You can opt-out at any time.
- Zoom processes this information according to their privacy policy. We never share your recordings and transcripts with anyone or use them to train AI models.
- Notion: Our platform for sharing plans and progress tracking.
- We may use Notion for interactive planning templates and dashboards. Any data we store in on their servers will be anonymized (using initials or pseudonyms) wherever possible so that it cannot be linked directly to you.
- Discord: Our community space and chat provider.
- Discord processes messages, activity logs, and device data to facilitate a range of community features such as group text and video chats, meeting rooms, screen and file sharing as per their own privacy policy. By joining the community, you acknowledge that Discord is a third-party provider and ADHD University does not control their data processing.
- We are actively looking for a more private community provider, but the features we need are not quite “there” yet. We plan to switch as soon as a suitable option becomes available.
6. Data Security
