Hi, I’m Antonia! I’m a certified ADHD Coach and Content Creator, Bachelor of Science, and Cat Mom. But most importantly – I’m a deeply accepting ADHDer who knows how to work with our nature, not against it!

 

After personally coaching over 150+ ADHDers, I created this program to provide you both the powerful structure of 1:1 coaching and the effortless motivation of group accountability!

 

I’m here to give you:

  • A judgment-free space to learn, grow, and reach your goals!

Frequently asked questions:

No and no! While we love seeing your face for accountability, you don't have to be on camera if you don't want to. If you're moving around a lot (cleaning or cooking), it’s actually better to leave it off.

Nope. If you feel like your brain struggles with focus and you think body doubling will help, you are more than welcome here.

Whatever you want! You can work, study, do admin tasks, cook, clean, answer your messages, exercise or journal. If it's on your list, this is the place to get it done.

Nope! You can come as you are and go with the flow. We'll do the task planning together during the first 10 minutes of the session.

We'll follow a structured rhythm to keep your brain engaged:

  • 10 min: Introduction & Planning
  • 20 min: Focus Block #1
  • 5 min: Break
  • 20 min: Focus Block #2
  • 5 min: Break
  • 20 min: Focus Block #3
  • 10 min: Wrap up & Discussion

No problem. You can join any sessions that fit your schedule, even if you're running late.

Possibly! If enough people ask for it, I can move session slots to accommodate the majority or add extra weekly meetings in the future.
