Each week, you’ll get:

  • The spark to start your tasks within the first 5 minutes

  • A structured, distraction-free space to help you stay focused

  • A weekly reset to clear chores and admin before they pile up

Here's how it works:

1️⃣ Jump in anytime

We host one 90-minute session every week. You can join anytime from your dashboard. Feel free to come late or leave early whenever you need to.

2️⃣ Set your intentions

We’ll start by choosing one or two tasks to work on. You can share yours for accountability or keep them private if you prefer.

3️⃣ Get in the flow

With the plans in place, we’ll mute our microphones and start our first of three focus blocks. Leaving your camera on helps, but it’s not a must.

4️⃣ Recharge and reset

After each focus block, we’ll take a quick break to chat, ask for guidance, or just grab a drink.

5️⃣ Wrap up strong

After the third block, we’ll wrap up together to celebrate your progress, notice what worked (and what didn’t), and set a clear starting point to continue from later.

No and no! While we love seeing your face for accountability, you don't have to be on camera if you don't want to. If you're moving around a lot (cleaning or cooking), it’s actually better to leave it off.

Whatever you want! You can work, study, do admin tasks, cook, clean, answer your messages, exercise or journal. If it's on your list, this is the place to get it done.

Nope! You can come as you are and go with the flow. We'll do the task planning together during the first 10 minutes of the session.

We'll follow a structured rhythm to keep your brain engaged:
